Boxes are containers that could contain anything or nothing found all across the facility, mass-produced by The Foundation and found most prominently on Shelves. They are small metal containers that more often than not don't contain anything, however it is likely that the boxes out of the player's reach may have something in them, such as spare computer parts and anomalous items. They are the most common prop in the game and have existed since the original verison of the game. They are sometimes seen with the SCP logo stamped on them.
